BE is our Governing body. They provide licenses for players to become eligible to train as well as play games, this license includes the player's insurance - EVERY player of EVERY age, at EVERY level must be registered with BE and have a player's license with BE to train and/or play basketball at Abingdon Eagles.

FIRST, BECOME A MEMBER OF BE

PARENTS - PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION ON BEHALF OF YOUR PLAYER AND ENTER THEIR DETAILS, ESPECIALLY DATE OF BIRTH, NOT YOUR OWN.

Once their BE MEMBERSHIP account is set up, you will need to connect it to AEBC's. You can do this in:

The 'CLUBS & TEAMS' subsection of their BE account
Enter our club code CA1408
Click on the small magnifying glass and select Abingdon Eagles

Final action

You must upload a head & shoulder photos of your player to the 'ELIGIBILITY' section of their BE account

NEXT, PURCHASE A PLAYER'S LICENSE DIRECTLY FROM BE

All players junior and senior, at all levels will need to purchase a Players License directly from BE on your account. You will need to chose from:

YBL = JUNIOR LOCAL LEAGUE LICENSE £10
NL = JUNIOR NATIONAL LEAGUE LICENSE £23
CVL/DEVELOPMENT = JUNIOR LOCAL LEAGUE LICENSE £10
SENIOR PLAYERS (OVER 18, MENS) = SENIOR LOCAL LEAGUE LICENSE £18
