Please note you are now required to park alongside the sports hall at Abingdon & Witney College (A&WC) at the arranged meet time of 11:15am.
Please then make your way through the gate in the tennis court's fence, adjacent to the racquet club and into the Fitzharry School site.
The Fitzharrys sports hall is on your left hand side. Here you will be greeted by the U12 Coaches and shown into the court where the Introduction chat will take place. Once finished, everyone will then make their way back to A&WC for some on court fun.
Please note players are the responsibility of their parents/carers during this event at both venues and when moving between them. Please be careful moving though the car parks and ensure you have all of your belongings (as well as children) with you at all times.
The Eagles committee members will be on hand in A&WC to steer you in the right direction to Fitzharrys should you need help and to answer any queries or questions you may have upon your return at approx 12:15. To confirm, we are still scheduled to finish at 1pm.
