When ordering, please read the description and details for each item carefully before adding it to your basket.

We are continuing to accept orders and will submit them to our supplier once we have reached the minimum order quantity of 10 items.

Please note that orders take approximately 6–8 weeks from the date they are submitted to our supplier for manufacture and delivery. As we are now past the original deadline, any orders placed are more than likely to arrive after the start of the new season.

1. Order the correct kit for your team
Please ensure you purchase the correct kit for the team your player is part of. Different teams may have different kit requirements such as some girls teams play in Black & Orange.

If you are unsure which kit to order, please speak to your Team Manager or Coach, or email Lisa at kit@abingdoneagles.co.uk before placing your order.

2. Read the product information
Please read the description and details for each item carefully before ordering to ensure you are purchasing the correct products for your player.

3. Check the size guide carefully
Please use the size guide provided and measure an existing garment rather than ordering based on age or your current kit size. As all personalised items are made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

4. Shorts sizing
The shorts are designed to be longer in length and feature a drawstring waist. They are not very elasticated around the waist, so please don't be tempted to order a larger size. We recommend measuring an existing pair of shorts and following the size guide to ensure the best fit.

5. Check your personalisation
Please ensure your surname is spelt correctly, as this will appear on the back of your jersey. Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order. Only Surnames will be used on the back of personalised Jerseys and Warm Up Tops.

6. Playing numbers
Playing numbers are allocated by the Kit Coordinators. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your own number, as numbers are limited across the club and must be managed to avoid duplicates.

If your player has already been allocated a playing number, please enter it on the order form. All numbers will be checked and verified by the Kit Coordinators before your order is processed.

7. Kit distribution
Once the club order has arrived, the Kit Coordinators will sort and check all orders before passing them to your Team Manager or Coach for distribution. Your Team Manager or Coach will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
