The annual Abingdon Walking Festival offers a range of beautiful, local walks to take part in on the day, all leaving from the Market Place. Most of them will run concurrently and are free to take part in.

The walks leave and return to Base Camp (Abingdon Market Place) where you'll find the 'Walking Sport Festival area' featuring our congregation of Eagles! You'll be met there with beaming smiles, loads of enthusiasm and can have a chat with Walking Team and see what it's all about (maybe even bounce a ball and take part in some 1v1).

If you're keen to take part in our walking basketball sessions but can't make it next Saturday, you will find Coach Tony and our wonderful friendly team at The White Horse Leisure & Tennis Centre, every Monday in the sports hall from 1pm-2pm. They have a gentle warm up and stretch with lots of laughing, followed by some skilful ball handling and shooting drills, finished off with a short but exciting full court game and then of course chit chat and coffee in the cafe afterwards. What a way to spend a Monday lunchtime!
