Head Coach Steve presents Coach Matthew with his 'Level 1 - Introduction to Coaching' certificate.

"Over the last 6 years, I've been lucky enough to coach the same youth football team as they moved through the age groups.

I found it very rewarding to see these young people develop their overall fitness, communication, confidence, team work and skill set. As these players now move on to do other things, I'm delighted by the opportunity to help Coach Roberto continue this endeavour within this club in the U15 age group.

Our son Ethan has been an Abingdon Eagle for a number of years now. I've watched his passion for the sport grow and seen the friendships with other players develop, all underpinned by the club that gives him a platform to do so. I'm thrilled to now take on a far more active role".
